About Us
Our Healing Hub prioritizes and centers those who are racially marginalized or historically "othered" by mainstream wellness. We welcome all to be in community and prioritize what it means to create equity in wellness.
This exploration will include free weekly classes, monthly guest teacher highlights to broaden the community's opportunity to learn from a variety of teachers and practices, and many other touchpoints to choose from.
As a community, we will explore dominant power and its grip on contemporary wellness containers and offerings to identify it and consider actionable steps towards dismantling it.

Reiki Training
This introduction and exploration of reiki for self can be a foundational expression of healing. Learn ways to expand your connection with this revenant and healing modality while allowing space for intuitive healing to also be explored.
The Gentle Journey
Join us for The Gentle journey to learn more about connecting with our bodies, creating movement, managing energy, and emotionally regulating the self. Sundays, 9:30 EST. EveryBODY is welcome.
Group Reiki
During Group Reiki, students are guided through breathwork and meditation to settle in, followed by receiving 1-1 Reiki healing from our heart centered facilitators.
